Problem with StoreFront upgrade to 3.12

After upgrading our 2 storefront server to 3.12, from, all users receive Http/1.1 Service Unavailable


Had to back out by reverting to a VMware snapshot I took before the upgrade. 


I did update our two license servers before the upgrade. I'm following the info on this url. https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenapp-and-xendesktop/7-15-ltsr/upgrade-migrate/upgrade.html


Any idea's??
