Citrix Cloud Azure authentication, apps missing



I have a trial version of Citrix cloud and doing some POCcing with AAD. Workers and cloud connectors are in Azure AD.
If I configure Active Directory authentication to Citrix Cloud I can log into to the workspace and I see my published apps just fine. But if I change the authentication to Azure Acitve Directory, I can still log in, but I cannot see any apps or desktops.
Have I missed something ? Obviously, but what is missing ?
