Contacts not syncing both ways

we have problems syncing contacts Outlook <-> Secure Mail. The initial sync works. There are no subfolders involved. Newly created contacts in Outlook appear in Secure Mail.


Newly created contacts in Secure Mail don't appear in Outlook.


We are experiencing this issue only in the following configuration so far.

Secure Mail 19.10.5.-4
Device Huawai P10
Android 8.0.0

All other Androids and iOSs are not affected.

We are using Xenmobile MDM and MAM through on-prem Netscaler NS12.0: Build 61.8.nc.

Any idea?
