Problem checking for updates message on 19.1 to 19.2 on Mojave and Catalina

I've seen this on a few systems now. A mixture of Catalina and Mojave. Both had the 19.1 version of Workspace client. Notified that an update was available, but the process fails with the "Problem checking for updates" message. I manually downloaded 19.2 and it installed no issue, but I'm sure I will get some calls from customers that aren't so savvy. Any insight?
