Does Android Enteprise need to be enabled by Citrix in CEM in the Cloud???

Question

I'm settings up a CEM environment in the cloud. I'm enabling Android Enterprise but this is not working (after enrollment the Work Profile is not created). When I'm doing the exact same steps in my On Premises environment it all works as expected. 

 

Does Citrix need to doe something to get this enabled?

Citrix is talking about:

 

  • For cloud deployments, the feature flag enabling the feature must be turned on in Launch Darkly

 

Is this still needed???
