no acces to Local Volume "P:\pcloud" (pCloud Drive) on MS Win 7, 8, 10 with Citrix Receiver nor Workplace (both up to date)

English Version (sorry, i'm French  ;-) -> Hello, I am a French IT integrator (MERLiN sarl) since 1996. I currently work with 2 companies (Chartered Accountants using Citrix to access their Accounting ERP's (Quadra: https://www.cegid.com/fr/logiciel-quadra-tpe-pme/ and EBP: https://www.ebp.com/). For the past few weeks, they have been using pCLOUD Drive (https://www.pcloud.com/fr/) as a File Server to centralize some of their documents (PDF exports, etc.). Although we have set Citrix to grant access to local (logical & physical) volumes, we only see the volume C:\... + USB Keys + E\ (CD & DVD) ... but we can't make the volume P:\pcloud (pCloud Drive) accessible directly from Citrix App !  EBP and Quadra are unable to help us and solve this problem … and also consider it to be CITRIX's responsibility !  ;-)  Thus, can you tell us what settings are to be change in order to allow access to the Local Volume ( P:\pcloud) ?  Thank you for your quick answer. French Version -> Bonjour, je suis intégrateur informatique (MERLiN sarl) depuis 1996. J'interviens auprès de 2 sociétés (Experts Comptables usant de Citrix pour accéder à leur ERP's de Comptabilité (Quadra : https://www.cegid.com/fr/logiciel-quadra-tpe-pme/ et EBP : https://www.ebp.com/). Depuis quelques semaines, ils utilisent pCLOUD Drive (https://www.pcloud.com/fr/) en temps que Serveur de fichiers pour centraliser certains de leurs documents (exports PDFs, etc). Bien qu'ayant paramétrer Citrix afin d'accorder les accès aux volumes locaux, nous ne voyons que le volume C:\ … + les Clés USB + E\ (CD & DVD) … maisnous ne parvenons  pas à rendre accessible le volume P:\pcloud (pCloud Drive). EBP et Quadra ne parviennent pas à nous aider et régler ce problème et considèrent que c'est du ressort de CITRIX !  Aussi, pouvez-vous nous indiquer quels paramètres changer afin de permettre l'accès au Volume local ( P:\pcloud ) ?  Merci pour votre réponse rapide. C'est très urgent !
