GW Plugin VPN established, AD account gets locked out

We're using ADC Build 12.1-51.19 together with GW plugin 12.1-51.19.


We're facing an issue where the users AD account gets locked out after the VPN connection has been running for a while. This happens more or less randomly, so tracing this issue is close to impossible. We're suspecting that the issue is originated from either Sharepoint or SCCM, but can't put our finger on it.


Has anyone else ran in to a similar issue? We already have a support case opened but it doesn't seem to proceed as fast as we're hoping.


Any ideas are more than welcome.
