Start of an Desktop/Apps cause issue "Unknown issue 0111"


Question

Hello together,

 

I have an particular issue. In have Setup an netscaler Gateway today.

 

I can access from an external Client -> Public IP -> NAT -> VIP IP to Citrix StoreFront successfully.

 

I have on the Gateway successfully LDAP, SSL and STA configured (all is green).

 

My problem is that I can't launch apps and Desktops. I Receiver always the message: Unknown Client issue 0111

 

As certificate I have an internal root ca - certificate.

 

On StoreFront I have http on STA configured and also on NS Gateway.

 

Have anyone an idear ?
