Citrix 1909 GPO in Active Directory crashes or give an error when using user/group filter

Question

I've got an issue with Citrix XenDesktop 1909 when using polices integrated into Active Directory.

* when opening earlier GPO's with user/group filters active, the GroupPolicy console mmc crashes.

* when creating a new policy with user/group filter active it errors with the  error below.

When creating the policies in the studio, it works fine.  We prefer the GroupPolicy methode because of the multipod site setup.

I have this issue on 2  independend sites allready, think it's a bug.

Anyone seen this issue?

Resolution of the dependency failed, type = "Citrix.GroupPolicy.DataModel.Filter.IFilter", name = "USER".
Exception occurred while: while resolving.
Exception is: InvalidOperationException - The current type, Citrix.GroupPolicy.Utilities.IAdProxies, is an interface and cannot be constructed. Are you missing a type mapping?
-----------------------------------------------
At the time of the exception, the container was:

Resolving Citrix.GroupPolicy.DataModel.Filter.UserFilter,USER (mapped from Citrix.GroupPolicy.DataModel.Filter.IFilter, USER)
Resolving parameter "adProxies" of constructor Citrix.GroupPolicy.DataModel.Filter.UserFilter(Citrix.GroupPolicy.Utilities.PlainPropertyBag propertyBag, Citrix.GroupPolicy.DataModel.Filter.OptionalStringParameters parameters, Citrix.GroupPolicy.Utilities.IAdProxies adProxies)
    Resolving Citrix.GroupPolicy.Utilities.IAdProxies,(none)
