Issue with Citrix VDA 7.15 CU3 on Windows Server 2016

Hi guys

i have a very strange issue. We have a Citrix Virtual Apps 7.15 LTSR CU3 environment running for a customer, we have 3 Citrix VDA's configured with Windows Server 2016. This week we discovered a strange issue and we weren't able to login anymore. The Receiver is closing the windows right away. The users who were working on the server just showed Connecting and weren't able to work.


WIth RDP i wasn't able to access the server anymore, also after a reboot. I discovered that when i uninstall Citrix VDA 7.15 LTSR CU3, the server is accessable normally again. But as soon as i try to install the VDA again, i'm not able to login with RDP and see that message:




As that is a HP Blade Server, i'm able to access Windows over ILO, but also there the login is very slow but works after a while.


At the moment i don't have any clue what this is. I don't have any notice that there were any change on the server.


Does anyone have a good idea how to work this out? I tried the following:


- Restart server -> doesn't resolve the issue

- Uninstall Citrix VDA and ran Citrix VDA Uninstaller -> Server is working again without Citrix

- Install Citrix VDA 7.15 LTSR CU4 -> same issue

- Installed latest Windows Updates -> doesn't resolve the issue

- Installed SPP from HP -> doesn't resolve the issue
