Access Control Storefront Integration-An Error Has Occured trying to contact Storefront Server http://customer.cloud.com

Access Control enabled on cloud

Enterprise Web Apps configured-users added

.NET component and Access Control Sync for Storefront tool installed

After entering in all information in the tool, I get An Error Has Occurred contacting Storefront http://customer.cloud.com 

I can use IE to browse to the site and login with the same credentials provided in the sync tool.  I can launch the Enterprise Web App from Workspace web.
