Are there plans for connection to ITSM solutions like HP Service Manager?

Hi all,

 

We are looking to use Citrix Analytics as our E2E monitoring and alerting tool for our Citrix landscape. Currently we use HP Service Manager to manage alert tickets created by our various monitoring tools. Is there a roadmap to bring this capability to Citrix Analytics? I know of the ITSM adapter for ServiceNow, but that only seems to tie in to resource commission, not monitoring...
