How to activate setting menu (especially for display option) after installation to 11inch iPad Pro

I installed Citrix Receiver for iOS (CR01) to my iPad Pro. I want to change screen resolution from setting, but it does not appear without login account. Formerly, I could set up demo account by putting "https://testdrive.cloud.com" in  "address field"  but it doesn't work now. Please tell me how to login with demo account or how to activate "display option" in setting menu.
