Licence limit being reached how to report on that

I have a HA pair of Netscalers for a customer that i noticed were dropping packets due to licenced PPS Limits being reached , i know how to fix this with a bigger licence but what i want is a way to monitor this for other customers as well we have MAS in place is there a report i can get that alerts when this event happens so we are aware before customer complains about performance
