XenApp 7.15 Unable to visualized local drive

Miguel Marchant1709157335

Hi, my name is Miguel, and i work in Santiago/Chile. good day for all...

I have a problem with virtual apps 7.15. When I publish excel or internet explorer applications, I can see without problems the local units of the client from where I made the connection. The problem is when I publish RDP. The application runs without problems, but when you go to see the local units, only those of the server are shown and not those of the local client from where I made the connection ... I tried the following article, but it also does not work : https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX127968?recommended

Does anyone have information about it, or has it happened to them? My email: mmarchant@globalcatalog.cl In advance thank you very much for the help.

Ensure that the server or workstation the RDP client is trying to connect has client drive mapping enabled directly on the RDP-TCP port or through a Microsoft Policy.
Have a look at https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX137342- see if this helps.

Hello Raghavendra, thank you very much for your answer...  I tell you that I have Windows Server 2012 R2 ... I will try installing the component indicated on the paper, because only, I have the VDA agent installed on those servers, and the applications. I tell you how it turns out ... thank you very much
