Outlook 365, get blanks windows after user reconnect session

Im having a issue with Windows 10 and Office 365, the user let his session disconect friday, and monday when the user reconnect find outlook 365 with the mails with windows in blank and can interact with the outlook, 


The VDI works fine but you have to close outlook and after that reopen the outlook and works fine.

Which outlook mode did you use ? i mean are you using Outlook online mode or some outlook cache feature ?

Because if you are using online mode , outlook application can hang waiting Office 365 hosted exchange server response. And it fit with your symptoms. Try to investigate about latency or firewall between your VDA and your exchange server. Have you perform the right exclusion in your antivirus software? Sometimes the antivirus take time and hang the process.
