http post requests timed-out when uploading large Files to NetScaler

Version -     NetScaler NS11.1: Build 57.126.nc, Date: Apr  4 2018, 17:52:15 (VPX)

 

Looking at https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX225681?_ga=2.152099449.1355582299.1567661949-173809542.1566587249, it appears to be a known issue.

 

However, I wanted to be sure if this applies to our scenario. 

How do I observer if we are getting `Content-Length: 0` on our NetScaler? Is there a command to analyse such behaviour as show in the article above?

You need to perform a network trace on Netscaler to get the traffic flow between Netscaler and the backend server during a POST upload, and then you will be able to see the behaviour of Netscaler.
