SecureHub badge for securitypolicys

we have a weird problem on our mdm.
On the Android mobile phones an additional securehub badge appears permanently in the notification center with the info that the security guidelines have been updated.

However, these security guidelines have not been updated...

As soon as you tap on it, Securehub opens and reports

"Citrix Securehub has updated the security settings. please accept the revised device administrator permissions in the next screen to continue".


After tapping ok nothing happens except that the securehub opens.

The whole procedure can be repeated as often as you like without success.


Does anyone have experience with this problem?
