Cannot connect for more than a second at a time!

Question

Have been unable to connect with Receiver for more than a month. Connection only momentarily establishes, with constant attempts to reconnect unsuccessfully...Keeps counting down from 5 minutes.

 

Spectrum says all is good.

Am working with two different computers: 1. iMac running El Capitan.  Have latest version of Receiver for Mac. Have reinstalled Receiver multiple times. 2. Dell laptop running Windows 7.  Both are connected via ethernet cable through router.  No other connection issues. 

Citrix is constantly dropping on both machines. 

 

?Any ideas?  This is causing a major issue with my work productivity.
