How to license for external 3rd party users - Office 365/Citrix and RDS CALS


Working with a client on a proposal to move to XenApp LTSR with Office 365. The client has enough Citrix and RDS Cals (50 per user) and O365 for all internal staff that will use the new environment. However, the company has up to 50 external 3rd party clients that will need to use the new XenApp farm but of these 3rd party users only 10-15 log on at any one time.  Of the external 3rd party users only 10-15 need to be able to use MS Word and MS Access. 

What I'm trying to work out is how to license the environment esp for O365 and the external 3rd party users, and whether any additional O365 licenses need to be acquired ? Do they need to get another 50 O365 licenses to cover all 3rd parties or will another 15-20 suffice?
