Xen Desktop sessions being terminated, connected with TdIca events 1003?

Question

I have written a custom credential provider that works well on my own Citrix 7.15 test environment.  However on another test system it is failing.  The provider shows its own logon page asking for additional credentials, on the problematic system it will show for about 5 or 6 minutes and then the remote session will appear to freeze.  Behind the scenes the VM that the session had connected to appears to have been rebooted.

Looking into the system event log about 2 minutes before the machine freezes I see paired 1003 events from TdIca referencing ports 1494 and 2595 being logged every 5 seconds.

I believe that TdIca event 1003 is "The Citrix ICA Transport Driver is no longer waiting for connections on port X"?  Is that correct?

Are these messages connected with the machine being shut down?

Neither test environment should be using session reliability, I'm trying to find out if ICA keep alives are in use.

Any suggestions for what might be happening or where I can begin to look to work it out?
