Suppress Exchange notification

When we block Activesync for devices not configured through CEM Secure Mail, our users get the following email from Exchange:

"Your mobile device has been denied access to the server because of server policies."


We are trying to suppress this message to avoid confusion on our end users part and an influx of calls to our Service Desk.


Does anyone know of a way to prevent this message from going out from exchange?

We tried Transport rules, but it seems they do not apply to these messages.
