XenMobile, Citrix Secure Hub and enrolling an Android device failing

So my company uses XenMobile to keep track of different iPads people have, I've recently been tasked in getting it to work with Android phones.  I'm fairly IT technical but the majority of this stuff I don't understand, so apologises if I fail to mention something or I ask for clarification.  I have also read the related documents and forum posts with no success.

 

 

I downloaded Citrix Secure Hub on my work phone and entered the server details, pressed "Yes, enroll", loged in, activated it as an admin app then "Citrix Secure Hub could not connect".

What make this weird if I go to XenMobile my device is now listed and I'm able to send myself a message.  If I press try again on the app I just get taken to the start.  

 

I've had a look in the setting of XenMobile and I can't see anything that maybe causing my phone not to complete the enrolment however I'm not very knowledgeable about this and I don't want to be changing settings for things I don't understand.

 

I can give you more information about the settings upon request.
