Users have multiple sessions in Citrix Studio

Hi Friends,

When I checked the Citrix Studio today, I saw that. Some users have multiple sessions in Studio. In addition to this, they are using multiple licenses because of that.
I tried to log off those users from Citrix Studio and XenApp Servers but it did not work. 

Do you have any idea about this problem ?
How can I fix that ?  If you have any idea, please share to me.
