Netscaler PCoIP Force password change at next logon not connecting or asking for change

I'm using Netscaler (12.1) PCoIP feature. It works well but if a password change is needed for an account in Active Directory, the Horizon View Client (4.8) does't ask for password change and doesn't connect to the connection server (7.7.0).  If I authenticate on Netscaler web portal using a browser, it is asking for a password change but doesn't succeed. (see atached)


Any help would be really appreciated.
