Dell R640 - XenServer 7.1 CU2 can not boot - Timeout

Question

Hello,

i got new Hardware for my existing XenServer Pool. So i want to install XenServer 7.1 CU2 at a Dell R640 (2xXeon Gold 5120, 256 GB RAM, PERC H740P Mini).

In the Installation i use the additional driver for the Raid Controller. The Installation works fine, everythink looks good.

I install it in legacy mode without UEFI.

But when i want to boot the Server i can not boot it.

After i see the Citrix boot logo, i got a timeout:

[OK] Reached targed Basic System

dracut-initqueue[350]: Warning: dracut-initqueue timeout - starting timeout scripts

I have tried to start the Server in FailSafe mode. There it get a kernel panic.

Has anyone an idea?
