All my vm can't start, after I used fdisk /dev/sda to create new lvm partition in Xenserver host and reboot.

I'm not sure what you were trying to accomplish, but sounds like you have accidently deleted your LVM 

partition. I've never had any luck trying to get that back.  There is some LVM metadata backup that may

be of use, but I'm not savvy enough on LVM to try and assist. I would probably just try to reinstall XenServer

with the preserve disk option and hope it sees the LVM partition data. If not, I'm afraid its restore time.
