One user log off takes 45 minutes

Question

We are migrating our users from Xenapp 6.5 to 7.1.15.4000. We are running a Desktop on Windows 2016. We are using MCS and have a Delivery group assigned to users as we migrate them over. We use CPM to manage the profiles.

The  troubled user has an HP EliteBook G5 running windows 10 with Receiver 14.9.5000.7.

She is able to logon very quickly, work with no issues. But when she signs out it takes about 45 minutes.

I have renamed her profile to .old and it still does it on her laptop as well as a completely different workstation. 

 

I am able to log her off through Director and through an RDP connection via Task Manager.

 

Windows Updates: We are up to 2019-06 Cumulative update

Good morning,

 

Are there any processes running in the session that are not being terminated when the user initiates the log out?

 

Is this only happening to a single user or does it affect others as well? 

 

If it's just this one, are there any large files/folders being created during her session that would take a long time to copy back to the profile share?  I know you said you renamed the profile and the issue still occurs when trying from other machines.
