Session disconnection logs

If the issue was limited to the external connections only, you could check the NetScaler to see if the Gateway vServer (or anything else) went down.  Were any other external services affected by this issue or was it limited to users only connecting to your Apps and Desktops published resources?


You can check on the Dashboard tab in the System Logs section (top-right) for up/down of any vServers from the GUI.
