Force Resolution of Published Application (without a window opening in the background)

In our old Citrix environment (XenApp 6.5), I was able to force the application to open with a specific resolution.  We're moving to XenApp 7.15 LTSR CU1 and I no longer have the option to force a specific screen resolution for the application.  I've tried updating the default .ica file, but it wants to open the application in Windowed Mode (with a separate window behind the application).  I don't want this.  Is there a way to force a resolution size for the published application without having it open in a windowed mode?
