Can you enable debug logging (https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX138155) , reproduce the issue and then post the file referenced below (or contents of) to the thread?


C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Citrix\AGEE\~nssslvpn.txt file (might want to replace any identifiable information before posting).


There will be some useful information in there that should help you towards a potential cause.
