How to hide secondary password field for login page of NetScaler Gateway

Recommended Posts

If I am understanding your question correctly, it sounds like you want to have users enter LDAP credentials on the first logon page, and then be directed to a second logon page that requires them to enter a second factor (Duo, RSA, SecureAuth, etc.).

I think nFactor Authentication is what you are looking for: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/netscaler/12/aaa-tm/multi-factor-nfactor-authentication.html

This will allow you to control what methods of authentication are used and how they are presented to the users.

If this is not what you are referring to, maybe you could elaborate further and I (or someone else) will respond as necessary.

now we have the Enterprise lincense.

Now i configured a virtuel server an a authentication profile in the AAA section. To the AAA virtuel server i bind a advanced authentication Policy. The first factor is LDAP and the next factor is Radius. To the Radius Policy i bind a Login Schema with "NoSchema".

Now the Login page open with username and password. The Login with the ldap credentials fails and in the Background the radius send the sms.

Where is the second page? With a dual schema the second page opens after the LDAP credentials, but the radius not create the sms.

What can i do?
