Installed Microsoft Update, now cannot get in to Citrix Studio.

Question

I just recently installed the KB4509475 Microsoft update on our Windows 2016 Citrix 7.15 CU3 controllers.

Now when I go into Citrix Studio I get "You are not authorized to perform this operation" with the below details. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Have you tried solution stated in below discussion forum? If not, can you please check it – it is looks similar error

https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/359322-full-admin-but-permission-denied/

If it did not resolve, can you please share output of Get-AdminDbConnection cmdlet and DB connection strings value at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\XDservices\DAS\DataStore\Connections
