There are no apps or desktops available to you at this time

Hello, I have a working NS Gateway -> Storefront configuration but when I change ICAPROXY=OFF to ICAPROXY=ON in my session profile I get "There are no apps or desktops available to you at this time".  I change it back to OFF and it works again.  The other weird thing I see is to the left of my username in red letters it says 'Menu'.  The NS is in the DMZ so dealing with a firewall to the SF IP. Storefront version is 18.11

Open a trace on your firewall that shows all traffic going to the destination ip address of your internal storefront server. Now check your logs with both icaproxy=off and on. If I remember correctly the difference will be that the source address will change in case icaproxy = on. Most likely that source ip is not allowed and your deny logs will show it if it's the case.
