iPad - MDM Configuration profile uninstalled - How to reinstall it back

Hi,

 

By mistake I uninstalled MDM configuration profile from my IPAD - Settings \ Profile. I want to put it back. How do I go about reinstalling it back?

If you remove the configuration profile from a device,  you'll need to walk through the device enrollment process again to have it added back. 

 

When you remove that profile, the communication between the server and device has been severed and the only way to re-establish that communication is the enrollment process.
