Centos 7.6 hangs on boot on a Xenserver 7.0 Dell R630 server using HVM

Question

I successfully installed CentOS 7.6 on Xenserver 7.0 installed on a Dell R620 server.

The VM boots up fine no issues even when I migrate it to a Xenserver 7.0 Dell R610 or Dell R810 server.

But when I migrate that same VM to a Xenserver 7.0 Dell R630 server It starts to boot then hangs...

Hangs on a screen that says:

[ 0.090096] vbd vbd-5696: 19 xenbus_dev_probe on device/vbd/5696

What I have tried so far:

NOTE: The VM was built using "other install media" template on Xenserver 7.0 Dell R620 with HVM

I also built another VM using "centos 7" template on Xenserver 7.0 Dell R620 with HVM

Only thing that worked for me thus far is to convert the VM to PV following these steps (below link). The VM boots up fine on a Xenserver 7.0 R630 server with PV.

https://gimpland.org/now/2018/02/citrix-xenserver-how-to-convert-hvm-to-pv/

My concern is that I read it is best to use HVM vs PV these days so not sure I want to keep it PV....

Can anyone help me fix this? Is there any setting I can change to have the VM boot up on Xenserver 7.0 Dell R630 server with HVM?
