Issue with Android users following a password change - No response from Secure Hub

Dennis Parker

Question

Having an issue with Android users after a password change, they enter their PIN, but Secure Hub just sits and spins. I have not opened a ticket with Citrix yet, but I certainly plan to.

Environment: XenMobile 10.10.0.7 - with Rolling Patch 1

Secure Hub - 19.5.5 - (Latest on Play Store - Updated May 22, 2019)

NetScaler 12.1.50.31.nc

I see the attempt hitting the NS and it receiving invalid credentials (This may not be all of the messages, being "grep'd" on the username):

 /home/build/rs_121_50_16_RTM/usr.src/netscaler/aaad/ldap_drv.c[1476]: receive_ldap_group_search_event 1-35079: Nested group extraction done for user <user@domain.com>, group string: <group>

 /home/build/rs_121_50_16_RTM/usr.src/netscaler/aaad/ldap_drv.c[1590]: receive_ldap_user_bind_event 1-35079: Doing ldap authentication for user <user@domain.com>, Other invalid credentials: lctx->lflags = 00000000, lconf->flags = 00000004
 /home/build/rs_121_50_16_RTM/usr.src/netscaler/aaad/naaad.c[4493]: send_reject_with_code 1-35079: sending reject to kernel for : <user@domain.com>

Uninstall and reinstall, of course, allows the user to work again, but this not a solution.

Anybody seen this? Any ideas what can be done?
