iPhone X10 XS MAX user - Unable to register the device and access Secure Hub and Secure Mail

User goes to the enrollment invitation which was sent to users phone. User when through all the process of setting up Secure Hub. Once the user reached the 
Remote Managemetn" part and clicks on Trust, nothing happens. It says "Please Wait" and it spins. How can we fix this. I see that the devices is not registered in XenMobile management console at this point.
