Disconnected Published desktop are unable to open when click on connect button via web browser on storefront

I have Citrix 7.15 CU2 environment and Delievery controller is on windows 2012 and Server VDA are on windows 2016.

when any user log on via any web browser to storefront and when he click to connect button than all the disconnected publsihed application are luanched with no issue but Diconnected pubished desktop are unable to luanch.

 

Any help will be appriceated.

Could you give more details!

- Would like to understand at what stage are things failing? Do we get the ica file or connection isn't brokered yet?
- Do you see a black screen when reconnecting to published desktop or it simply says: cannot start your App!
- Would these be dedicated desktop or random?
- Has it worked for you previously?
- What event is logged on VDA when the reconnect fails?

What is the error you see in director for that particular session failure ?
