Citrix Error when accessing Applications

Hi everyone,


This is Norman and I just signed up for this forum. We have this incident ticket wherein user encountered an error when opening any application in Citrix. 

Error message is 'There was a problem setting up your profile. You will be logged off when you click OK. Changes you make during this session will not be saved.

Please contact your administrator to resolve the problem.' Attached is a screenshot of the error. When the user clicks OK on the error message or closes the error message window, the applications are closed. I'll appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
