Has there been a major change in the transition from Receiver to Workspace?

All our infrastructure is running on 7.15 CU4 and we have updated all our clients to the latest version of workspace.

Our users are now reporting issues with local files not being opened and redirecting and opening the associated application via the Citrix published app.

File does work if ran from a published version of Windows explorer, app opens correctly.


For instance opening a pdf file (should open Adobe Reader) but get the message "There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found."

With .csv files (should open Excel), get message "The file could not be accessed.  Try one of the following:".


Any help or suggestions welcome, note this all worked fine when clients were running Citrix Receiver.
