Is it possible to use local paths in Profile Management File System Synchronization?

I need to sync files that do not reside in the appdata directory.  I am using non-persistent desktops and need to preserve a couple of application configuration files with each user's profile.  Specifying a local path does not seem to work when configured in a GPO.  If local paths aren't an option, is there another recommended way to accomplish this?

Using 7.15 CU3 with Win10 desktops

Forgive me if I'm wrong; but do you mean "appdata\local" files/folders? If so, this works great in our enviroment with UPM. For example, I have to sync some files and folders for AutoCAD LT 2020. So I added "appdata\local\autodesk" to "Folders to mirror".

Hello Cedy,

I'm actually trying to retain a couple of files that live outside of the appdata folder.  Trying to use a local path like, C:\xxxx\xxxx\file.xml doesn't seem to work.  I am hoping to avoid a log off/on script so I don't increase login times.  Wondering if there are any alternatives.

Thanks,

Todd
