Topaz Signature Pad Intermittently not working in Citrix applications

Question

We are having a problem in our Enterprise environment getting the Topaz Signature pad to working consistently with our applications.  Sometimes it works and other times the signature pad box in the Software does not show up.  Almost like Citrix is just failing to recognize the signature pad.  Below is as much information as I can give on specs.  Looks like I am not alone as this forum lists many posts on similar issues. Hope someone can steer me in the right direction. Thanks. 

 

Topaz Model - T-LBK462-BSB-R (Serial to USB) & T-LBK755-BHSB-R (usb connection)

Zen Apps Server 7

Citrix Version 4.9 LTSR

Windows 7 Enterprise

Com Port #4

Software - SigPlus 4.4.0.24 BSB
