MCS Base Disks were deleted before deletion of MCS Machine Catalog on XD 7.15

Greg Lawrimore

Question

I am moving datastores in my vSphere 6.5 U2 environment from a VMFS5 DS cluster to a newer VMFS6 DS cluster.  In doing so, MCS base disks were deleted during the move.  Now, every six hours, a "Delete file" task runs in vSphere and is initiated by the Citrix Admin user I setup to run any Citrix task through MCS.  The task fails with the error "File [datastorename] XenApp MCS-baseDisk-datastore-....." for each datastore that I moved.  I've gone into the Delivery Controllers and ran the PowerShell Get-Prov commands to find and remove the tasks but they keep regenerating.  I'd rather not touch the database as I'm not too familiar with it.  Is there anything else I can do to stop these tasks from running?
