Citrix Reciever - Cannot start apps




Hi All


Oddly when I logon to a laptop in the UK on our domain I can configure receiver to logon and give me access to apps, but when I take my laptop into Europe it will not start any apps and says:


"Your apps are no available at this time. Please try again in a few minutes or contact the helpdesk. Cannot contact Apps (Storename)"


It works if I open IE and go to the URL and login to access apps by receiver for web site .  could it be something on the Netscaler ?


Any help greatly appreciated

All are pingable and resolve to Netscaler ( Apart form Citrix)
