Citrix Reciever - Cannot start apps

Question

 

Hi All

 

Oddly when I logon to a laptop in the UK on our domain I can configure receiver to logon and give me access to apps, but when I take my laptop into Europe it will not start any apps and says:

 

"Your apps are no available at this time. Please try again in a few minutes or contact the helpdesk. Cannot contact Apps (Storename)"

 

It works if I open IE and go to the URL and login to access apps by receiver for web site .  could it be something on the Netscaler ?

 

Any help greatly appreciated

Is your Internal Beacon resolve from Europe? If yes, Please ensure Internal Beacon cannot be resolved on internet, it must be configured to any reliable internal webserver.

 

The Internal beacon is :

https://companyaccts.com

 

The External beacons are:

https://company.com

https://ping.citrix.com

 

All are pingable and resolve to Netscaler ( Apart form Citrix)
