Problems with SecureMail Synchronization Inbox


Question

Hi All,

 

We currently have a few colleagues who do not have functioning mailbox synchronization.
The funny thing is that the subfolders are synchronized but the inbox itself is not.

Partly here was the solution update of SecureMail and Hub, sometimes only a new registration of the device helped.

After that the function was restored and everything was synchronized reliably. i still have no idea how to reproduce this error.

Has someone here similar problems and knows possibly where the error could be.
