Hard to diagnose those. Make sure system time/time zone is correct. Make sure dom0 memory is sized right 

(especially if the host was an upgrade), make sure all firmware for your server is up to date. If none of these

help you may want to consider upgrading.  Maybe someone else out there can verify their system is stable.

Also, if you can run hardware diagnostics, memory and cpu issues can cause this as well.

That should not matter what VMs are running as long as they are compatible with the particular version of XenServer you are running. Is this a pool and if so are all hosts synchronized properly to NTP?

I found XS 7.0 not the most stable system, and frankly I would upgrade to a newer version of 7.X -- anything 7.1 or above. We run a mix of 7.1 LTSR and 7.6 at present and do not see such issues.
