After updating to Citrix Workspace, .ica files do not do anything, after downdating to Receiver it doesn't work either

Question

I have updated to Citrix Workspace and then starting .ica files for Citrix apps do not do anything. I tried to install the Receiver version that was working before, but that doesn't work either now.

 

I am using Windows 10 and Citrix Workspace 19.4.1.41.

 

I wonder if there are any logs that I can check to find out why this is not working. The same applications work on a computer of a colleague with the same software version.
