High CPU

We have a 2-node VPX ADC cluster running on VMWare ESX 6.5. One of the nodes (node 1) is constantly alerting through ESX that it is using 100% CPU. I have changed the cpuyield parameter to YES within the GUI and the cli. on the CLI I used the command:

set ns vpxparam cpuyield YES -ownernode 1

This sets the cpuyield to YES immediately and the VMWare CPU goes down. But if the node is rebooted, then cpuyield is reset to DEFAULT and the CPU usage goes up. Node 0 does not have this problem.

We are running NS

How do I get node 1 to permanently set cpuyield to YES?
