NetScaler primary node is pingable but can't ssh or get to gui interface

Hi everyone , 

 

we have HA , two nodes , from time to time we are experiencing the following issue :  

 

Primary node become pingable only , but no ssh or gui interface , the LCD of the device is very dark and freeze , not responding to buttons even 

while secondary node still seeing the primary active and up, so we lose the services and fail over doesn't kick automatically.

as a quick correction for the issue , we do hard power cycle for the primary and then force fail over again to it , then all back up again as normal 

we don't know what could be the cause, if it is hardware then why by rebooting it is going up normal again :( 

I'm not familiar with troubleshooting , but from the file dnesg.last  

 

I can see this error :
